Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 5bdtk platform and the user. By visiting the 5bdtk.cam website or registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

The definitions of key terms used in this document are as follows:

• "Platform" — The 5bdtk.cam website and all its services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered with 5bdtk or is using its services.

Account Registration

5bdtk reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-recognised document. Withdrawal requests may be held pending until verification is complete.

Age Requirements

To use 5bdtk's services, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

By registering an account you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. If it is subsequently proven that a member was underage at the time of registration, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at 5bdtk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Deposit transactions are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Members must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If KYC verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• 5bdtk may request additional documents for verification purposes.
• Before withdrawing from a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To make this bonus withdrawable, the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 15 times (15x).

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements that must be met.
• Another bonus may not be activated while one is already active, unless otherwise stated.
• There may be a maximum limit on winnings earned using a bonus — this will be stated in the detailed terms of each offer.
• 5bdtk reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Separate terms apply to cashback bonuses provided under the VIP programme.

VIP Cashback Programme

5bdtk's VIP programme has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members may be promoted to a higher tier based on sufficient playing experience and activity.

Gaming Rules

All games on the 5bdtk platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed in the game interface.

• If any bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, the amount of that bet will be refunded to the member's account.
• Winnings resulting from a bug or incorrect display in the game software are not valid, and 5bdtk is not obliged to make such payments.
• If a dispute arises over a game result, 5bdtk's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• If a member loses their internet connection during a game, the result of that game will remain valid.

Sports Betting

Separate rules apply for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that match will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5bdtk platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using any unauthorised programme, bot or script on the gaming software or system.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Socially offensive or unethical behaviour.

Responsible Gaming

5bdtk places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income.

• Members may set their own spending limits.

Account Suspension and Closure

A member may also request the closure of their account at any time. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before making the request.
